The quality policy is disseminated and implemented in two ways:
- Administraton Manual
- Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
IQAC has been created to assess consistent implementation of the quality standards. The groups of staff have been formed for the purpose. IQAC has given due emphasis for facilitating self-analysis and for enhancing evaluation of the quality system of the institute and specefic departments.
The Administration Manual outlines the job, duties, responsibilities of each employee which adheres to a minimum acceptable standards. It also gives a description of processes involved in conduct of various activities in the institute.
